"bet you wish you'd accepted our offer now???"
Before we bought this house we'd put an offer in on another one. After survey it was valued at a good bit less than we'd offered - so we lowered offer (but was still higher than survey value by £15k) They turned it down - said they were in no rush.
So fast forward 6 months - we've got this place (500m from other house) and they're still on market- but have reduced price to £25k less than we'd offered.
Big bit of me thinks - bugger we could have had it, bit of me feels guilty and wonders if fact that its been surveyed without selling has put folk off, and naughty bit of me thinks "na,na,na,na,na - you should have taken our offer".
Don't really knwo the point of this post to be honest - what would you think?
