AIBU to worry about hip and lower back pain

long rant
iv recently been going through a tough time with Health Anxiety. it started around June and is continuing. About 2/3 weeks ago i started with some strange pain in my lower back with movement just below my dimples, which travelled to my buttox but never my legs. If i touched my back even gently it would feel so sore, like the skin was so sore? it subsided and went for 2 weeks, then it started on the last day of my holiday now it’s gone into my hips? it differs like one day it’ll be in the left then next couple of days it’ll go to the right hip and again part of the skin or muscle is so sore to touch. genuinely feels like the skin is on fire when i touch. I’d say the pain in my hips is usually when laid on my side or sat, not during movement. Sometimes the pain does radiate into my thighs or down the side of my thighs. And my back is still a tad sore to touch. I have to sit in certain positions to prevent soreness but laying down im absolutely fine. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant also, I don’t know if i have fucked up my nervous system due to my anxiety and frequent panic attacks and stress.

I have no other symptoms, i sleep and eat well, no weight loss

There's a lot of nerves in that area that radiate down past discs, through the hips and into the legs.
A visit to a massage therapist or physio might help. Also if you're pregnant the extra weight might affect the area.

BUMP

It would be polite to reply to the post above your bump before bumping...

Your body produces hormones in early pregnancy (progesterone and relaxin) that can cause back and pelvic pain. It’s completely normal. Talk to your midwife about pain relief. I hope it eases up soon.

I hate to say it but it's probably pregnancy related. Many people start to suffer pelvic girdle pain even as early as 8 weeks.
