Not happy with Very!

Hi ladies. Could I ask if anyone has had problems with Very? I was supposed to have £20 something taken out of my account today which is fine, I have used them with no problem in the past. However £400 has been taken and we are going away shortly so I was obviously worried.

Thankfully our bank has been very helpful and it is sorted now but do be wary. I am shutting my account now and have advised my relatives to do so as well. Just wanted to let you know to keep a very close eye on your online purchases.

And to add insult to injury the three people I spoke to were both dismissive and rude. Never buying from them again!

That doesn't sound good.

I've had similar where some online retailers aren't very good at issuing refunds for returned goods.

Debenhams online was a bit lax with refunds, I have to chase them a lot so I stopped buying from there.

Simply Be service is very good if you want to move from Very to Simply Be.
