I'm feeling a bit broody and it's cute. (no more she says to herself)

Yesterday in the swimming pool changing room DS (aged 2) announced "I want a baby"
"So do I." I said "But we can't afford one."
"Have baby for my birthday?"
"Let's ask daddy when we get home."

Looked up to see all the ladies in the changing room were in fits of giggles at us. Sadly, DH said 'no way, no how'. Sigh.
