There is this horrible, horrible ad at the beginning of the DVD which you can't fast forward over so you have to sit through which has the worst soundtrack I've ever heard and looks like it's been cut by someone on work experience. It's crap.
I have a toddler. He watches INTG before he goes to bed. Since they took it off air (cheers for that) he watches it on my laptop on i-player.
But I decided to get him a DVD today and now I'm regretting it.

AIBU to not have to want to sit through this every single time I turn the DVD on?

I can get through it not by forwarding but by hitting the "next" button

and ALL ITNG dvds have them too!!!

I don't want to buy another one if they all have it. My DS is usually knackered and teary at this point in the day. He cries when the bloody thing comes on.

"Next chapter" button does it for me.

Menu button skips to main DVD menu for us.

I didn't know you could do that. I only ever watch films and I just press play. There are loads of buttons on the remote that I have no idea whatsoever what they do. I'm so glad I started this thread or I would never have known
