Spot or not?

This started appearing on my back about a month ago, I don’t really get spots, although it could of course be one. I can’t see it so had to get my husband to take a photo. I think it’s only a couple of mm’s so not big, but is itching. Although the whole of my back itches and I think that’s a peri menopause side effect so it could be that. Not sure if it’s something in the early stages and something to see a GP about or whether it’s a complete waste of time! Any ideas? Thank you!

Definitely go to your GP to have it checked out.

I had something a bit similar, certainly a spot that was itchy and didn’t go away, and went to the doctors who referred me to dermatology. I am waiting for a biopsy now although the consultant said she’d be very surprised if it was anything sinister.

the gp said it’s worth getting anything checked that is different and hasn’t resolved.

I'd ask a gp to have a look Op

Looks like a benign thing but one they would remove. See the GP

It's not a spot, but it could be a number of things. I can't remember their names. Keratosis something? GP needs to have a look and refer you to Dermatology.
Good luck!
