Hoping for some advice about running a playgroup/stay and play

Quite by accident I’ve ended up agreeing to taking over our local group. Please hit me with your best ideas and what you’d like to see at a mother and toddler type group. Snacks? Activities? Song time? The current charge is £4 so I don’t think I can increase that.
Or Am I being massively unreasonable to think this is going to work?

Sorry not to have an answer but I do have a suggestion which is that you change your title to reflect what you want to ask so more people who may be able to offer good advice are attracted to your thread.
