To be really cross about fake Adidas Mary jane's

I fell for it didn't I? Bought a pair of Adidas mary jan'e's from Waljside Wear for £70 m. Obviously didn't realise they were fake at the time. I've raised a claim with PayPal and walkside wear have responded to advise me to send back. They don't accept returns but by telling PayPal they do, they have blocked my claim. I am so cross. I can't work how to contact PayPal as it just sends me in a loop asking me to return the pumps.

Oh dear! Always good to Google a company before buying. Can you try the bank for the card which you used?

I am usually pretty good with checking these things out and I can't understand why I didn't on this occasion. I used PayPal so I don't think my bank will get involved. It's just infuriating to be duped.

Contact PayPal customer support - once I got hold of them on a call they were surprisingly helpful when I had an issue last month.

I can't find a phone number to contact them. I've been going round in circles with a chat bot. Could you share it with me please if you know it?

If you go to the menu on your app, then Help Centre right at the bottom, then at the bottom of the next page you can click on 'contact PayPal support'.

At the bottom of that page there is 'Call us'

When I click on that I get this number -
