Snacks for when you can't stop

Desperately trying to lose some weight but I have a life long addiction to snacking. I'm not fussy, I will snack on whatever is available. So please give me your ideas!

I am switching crisps and biscuits for chopped carrots, apples, cucumber, peppers and whatever else I've got. I've also rediscovered the joys of eating half a jar of gherkins and pickled onions. I also like full fat Greek yoghurt with banana or strawberries. High in fat but keeps me full.

Any ideas please?

Sadly, my local Tesco no longer stocks Longley Farm products, which is shameful as it is within 10 miles of Longley Farm itself.

I’m not far from the factory and none of the stores stock them. Only small independent greengrocers. I had enough calories left to eat a hazelnut yogurt for supper. Food. Of. The. Gods. Or is that the blackcurrant 🤔

I find frozen blueberries quite addictive. Especially when it's a hot day.

I love Longley Farm CC with a drizzle of honey.

Such a shame. I get my Longley Farm cottage cheese and yoghurts from Morrisons. I buy whenever I see them to keep the demand up in case they discontinue stocking it!
