I’ve started a new job around 6 weeks ago. I’m feeling really down . One of the other women who was training me up , saying I had made mistakes , when it wasn’t me . I’ve confronted her and said it wasn’t right . The. The other part of my job they asked me to work a different day but it means that on that day the other person that trains me up doesn’t work . So my training for the job will stop. I’m not sure what to do feels like they are not treating me fairly , but I’m trying so hard .

As you’ve been there for six weeks, maybe they feel that’s your training complete and you’re ready to go it alone?

Oh no there’s so much more to learn . I’ve been asked to complete tasks but I haven’t been fully trained up . I want to be fully trained .
