I’m talking things like melatonin, skincare, anything we can’t really get over the counter in the UK but they get in Europe. I’m off on a few holidays in the next few months and I want to stock up!

Vogalib (French) - stops vomiting almost immediately. Was an absolute godsend when DH had horrendous gastroenteritis at Disneyland Paris

Hyalugel (France) is fantastic for mouth ulcers, better than anything I’ve used in the UK.

Antibacterial throat spray (like Hexaspray), and eye drops if you get regular infections.

Donormyl sleeping pills (can be used during pregnancy!).

Biafine for sun burns (although there are good alternatives in the UK).

Children paracetamol suppositories (our kids hate the liquid stuff).
