Does family life make you dizzy with exhaustion?

Does anyone else get sort of dizzy, tipsy-feeling with the demands of life. I work full time and have two primary age kids. Sometimes, especially in the school holidays, I feel like I am drunk, despite having no booze. This weekend, we have been to stay in a yurt for two nights. We did a national trust property, the beach, then a zoo today. Three days of activities. I am fit, 47, and on HRT. I do have my period. However, it's such an odd thing to feel as though I have had half a bottle of wine as I power through task after task after task. Anyone else? My inhibitions are lowered, and I sometimes sway or knock against a wall. I don't drink.much at all, although I used to be a regular drinker, so this feeling is familiar, and not altogether unpleasant. I rarely get it in term time.

Maybe your body is telling you to slow down?

It’s a cliche but have you checked you’re not anaemic or any thyroid issues? I work full time and have a primary school child, we’ve been pretty busy this half term and I was averaging not very much sleep per night for the first half but I feel okay.
