It’s been really pleasant getting a notification from mumsnet today to tell me I have a message…..

To sign in after inactivity for a while, due to being a first time mum and busy… to this.

As if there are people in the world who spend their down time sending vile messages to someone they don’t know, by name, face… nothing.

I didn’t respond, I just decided to bring it here. For all to see.

Mumsnet are reviewing the photo attached but the message was “your a failure as a mum and a vile b*tch, go to hell”.

I’m glad that user has now been banned and I’m sorry you received that message.

It’s a troll op, not even worth your time never mind a thread. The internet is full of losers.

Just report it. I've had a fair few abusive PMs. I don't bother checking them now. Only one was so vile that I reported in case I wasn't the only one they were PMing and it was shocking. The rest were entertaining in their own semi illiterate way.

She sounds like a nutter. I had a similar thing on Vinted.
