I’ve had cervical radiculopathy for almost 6 months. My GP is being helpful but Circle MSK are the most useless bunch of people I’ve met, and are being so difficult.

Does anyone have any recommendations, I’m sick of living in chronic pain?

Hi, I couldn’t hack nhs physio, found it useless, so a few years ago I tried Six physio (heavily recommended by a spine consultant) who were very good. For a more recent issue with major pain, Central Health physio as I wanted a hypermobility specialist, although I think they do general physio too. Also an excellent experience so far. Both organisations have different clinics around London.

Six months is a long time to be dealing with cervical radiculopathy. If you're not getting anywhere with the current service, it may be worth asking your GP about other options or specialist referrals. A family member of mine had a positive experience with Leafease when they were struggling with ongoing pain and looking for additional support. It might be worth seeing whether they can offer any guidance alongside your NHS care. Hope you manage to get some relief soon.
