To buy a car from Cargiant, who are closing down?

What would happen if the car developed a fault within the first 6 months? Who would I go to?

Personally I wouldn't. Like you say if the car develops a fault its going to be a nightmare getting it fixed/ repaired

I haven't got the best credit history and they accepted me originally so I was wondering whether I shouldn't just go for it with them

But the risk of something going wrong is too great 😞

The finance was probably Black Horse or similar and they will still accept you through another dealer on the same financial position so I’d leave the Car Giant one and go somewhere you know you’ll get after sales care if you need it.
