Safesearch on Android won't switch off

Any help appreciated. It's my personal phone.no one else has any access I've cleared cache, deleted and work related things and it won't switch off. Any ideas??? It's driving me mental!

I had this on my iPhone and it turns out I had to turn it off on my sky settings (who my contract is with) maybe it’s the same with yours x

Have you been asked to prove your age? I’ve had to do this recently on my iPhone. My dsil refused and now can’t access websites to buy wine. She can get onto the sites but can’t actually buy anything so we’re presuming it’s due to refusing to provide her id.

It's an Android and I don't think it's on my EE settings. I could use it until a few days ago. It's genuinely driving me mad (who knew how many sites it affects!!). I genuinely don't know what to do next. All searches lead to nowhere
