I'd love to know if I'm being unreasonable or not. We've had an initial reset clean (before regularly fortnightly cleans) and I don't know if I'm particularly happy with the work. For context, the person was here for just over 4 hours at a cost of £112. We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Most things have been done well (some really well) but:
- Skirting boards either completely missed or not done very well
- A lot of the dusting missed (such as picture frames and bookshelves)
- Downstairs hoovering a bit poor (the photo shows a patch of dog hair that has been left)
This wasn't advertised as a "deep clean" but I still think for the time and price, it's a bit poor. I don't know whether to mention anything, stay quiet, or even keep the planned regular fortnightly cleans.
YABU - this is a perfectly reasonable clean for the time and money
YANBU - need to say something
