AIBU to question the standard of an initial house clean?

I'd love to know if I'm being unreasonable or not. We've had an initial reset clean (before regularly fortnightly cleans) and I don't know if I'm particularly happy with the work. For context, the person was here for just over 4 hours at a cost of £112. We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Most things have been done well (some really well) but:

  • Skirting boards either completely missed or not done very well
  • A lot of the dusting missed (such as picture frames and bookshelves)
  • Downstairs hoovering a bit poor (the photo shows a patch of dog hair that has been left)

This wasn't advertised as a "deep clean" but I still think for the time and price, it's a bit poor. I don't know whether to mention anything, stay quiet, or even keep the planned regular fortnightly cleans.

YABU - this is a perfectly reasonable clean for the time and money
YANBU - need to say something

Was the house particularly dirty before they came? I'm not sure what the picture of the keyboard is supposed to be showing.

I can see a bit of dirt on a shelf, but nothing in any of your other pictures. I wouldn't expect a cleaner to remove mould from bathroom grout unless it had been requested and agreed in advance - it needs specialist cleaning materials and a lot of time!

Did you/they provide a list of what would be done? If not, I think that if you decided to continue with them, you should prepare a list of what you expect to be cleaned each visit, in order of priority; what they should do if they finish early or don't get to everything on the list and whether some items can be done once every 2-4 weeks rather than every visit.
