Har time potty training

My 3 year old ( she just turned 39 ) is not potty trained at all and I am at the end of my rope.. she only pees and poos in the potty if I ask her to go and sit . The problem is she cannot tell me when she needs to go despite being fully conversational since she was 2.5 , not distressed by sitting on the potty etc

I know it is getting late and not normal but I was wondering if you had a similar child and how it turned out for you

So tell her to try every forty five minutes or so?

You need to be telling her every hour, or getting her a watch that vibrates every hour to remind her.

There are far to many distractions for her to tell you at the start of potty training.

Done that and if I tell her she either complies or says no I don’t need to .. my concern is that she doesn’t tell me when she needs to go .. it is like she has lower body awareness

She doesn't have low body awareness, this is how potty training starts, you need to make her sit every hour or so.

They get the hang of it but right now she has no clue what a full bladder feels like or how long she can hold for, it all comes in time.
