Ads acting like I have clicked on them when I haven't

Has anyone else noticed this? Ads are opening into a new tab when I haven't clicked on it. Very annoying.

I just went over to site stuff to see if anyone else has posted this.

My adds have recently become very touch sensitive (Android app)

I used to be able to scroll but now if there's an add there it often opens without an active click/tap -perhaps it was within the "scroll finger zone" (but it uses the mumsnet app so you lose whatever you were trying to read)

It's a good way to make sure I don't endlessly doom scroll on here I suppose! As I have to close the app entirely to get rid...

Yes, they are very touch sensitive. I think its a sneaky way to get ad clicks. Not impressed!

Mine open even when I don't have an ad on my screen!
