A parcel I am expecting is being delivered by UPS, they gave me the option to have it dropped off at a nearby locker. It arrived yesterday but I can’t open the locker without a PIN number. Apparently this should have been emailed to me, but it hasn’t. And yes, I have checked my junk folder.
The UPS website is no help, I just keep going round in circles. According to Google quite a few other people have encountered the same problem but I can’t find any tips for resolution, other than the seller may be able to contact UPS. So I emailed them last nIght, I am awaiting a reply - hopefully.
But in the meantime, has anyone had a similar issue and managed to find their PIN, and get into the locker?
