UPS locker delivery arrived but no PIN sent, has anyone resolved this?

A parcel I am expecting is being delivered by UPS, they gave me the option to have it dropped off at a nearby locker. It arrived yesterday but I can’t open the locker without a PIN number. Apparently this should have been emailed to me, but it hasn’t. And yes, I have checked my junk folder.

The UPS website is no help, I just keep going round in circles. According to Google quite a few other people have encountered the same problem but I can’t find any tips for resolution, other than the seller may be able to contact UPS. So I emailed them last nIght, I am awaiting a reply - hopefully.

But in the meantime, has anyone had a similar issue and managed to find their PIN, and get into the locker?

Oh I had this. It had been delivered to a yeep locker. UPS as well. I managed to get through to ups twice on the phone after being on hold for ages and they dithered about and said they’d send the pin within 24 hours - and didn’t. Both times.

What worked was contacting the company I bought the items from, and telling them I hadn’t had the pin from ups and could they help? I got the pin through in about 10 minutes - the company clearly contacted ups and sorted it instantly.

I think I would have got absolutely nowhere with ups however many times I’d called them.

So I suggest talking to the retailer and making it their problem. I guess this will depend on the retailer, but it worked for me.
