I am actually horrified. A third, Muslim, man was stabbed in the attack but he isn’t being mentioned anywhere. How is this allowed?!

Metropolitan Police (@metpoliceuk) on X

A man will appear in court today charged following a Counter Terrorism Policing investigation into two men stabbed in #GoldersGreen: https://t.co/BgK04EQmyX

I predict that in a month we will be "told" that the videos were faked, the knife was a prop, the two sorry - three - people stabbed were actors.

Inconsistencies will be hilighted. The shadows of the lamp posts are pointing in the wrong direction for the time of day. The ads on the side of the buses and bus stops contain coded messages. The stars should be more visible - or less visible - or the constellations are wrong.

The "victims" were Mossad agents. Also not really Jewish at all. They had brainwave transmitters embedded in their kippahs tuned to the attacker's brain frequencies.

The Hazola ambulance was actually a space vehicle (another Mossad technology) and intelligence command centre.

Also the Chief Rabbi is a lizard creature, and Keir Starmer is an android.

You're probably not far off the mark.

If you actually watch the footage with the volume on you can clearly see what was going on.

They wanted the knife

Procedure for bombs is
immobilise if possible
isolate
provide a wide cordon
call the bomb squad

Not jump on top, kick the mans head in and shout give us the knife

Common sense and Clear as day

And again, how would you get the knife from him?

Like this?

"There are more reported hate crimes by Jewish people than by Muslim people."

I think that was clumsily worded but meant to mean "more hate crimes reported by Jewish people", not "more hate crimes committed by Jewish people".

I hope.

BackToLurk · 02/05/2026 18:46

It’s almost the same except in the way that it is glaringly different.

Not really, because I'm talking about the reaction to it.

BrownTroutBluesAgain · 02/05/2026 19:04

Twiglets1 · 02/05/2026 18:24

Well you did make up that the 3 victims were dead.

I actually said one
ie the first one

oh the irony that you bring up my mistake whilst also getting your facts wrong
you see
we are all just human

How rude is this message " a teeny weeny little knife." I bet it didn't feel that teeny when it was stuck into someone's throat.

How condescending to suggest the police over-reacted to a teeny little knife while you sit safe at home. (I assume you are not on the cutting edge of public safety else you wouldn't be so ridiculous) please sign up for the police so you can show us all how it's done. Complacency could have meant one of those officers or members of the public wouldn't be going home to their family. Have some respect.

Totally agree with you Winter.
The police have got to do what they got to do to keep the public and themselves safe.
Disgraceful that keyboard warriors even think they have a right to an opinion on this when they don’t walk in the same steps.

The fact that the most immediate tactical objective was to control the knife doesn't mean that they weren't also concerned about a bomb. He had a puffer jacket and rucksack.

The protocol you set out is for a suspected device or package, not a marauding terrorist attack

It’s nothing like Epsom - mainly because what apparently happened there never did.

You also seem to be saying the ‘furore and narrative’ makes this and Epsom similar. How? I don’t think there’s any ‘narrative’ in this event. And any ‘furore’ - people being angry and upset about this event - is entirely reasonable and justified, as two Jewish men were stabbed, so the Jewish community - and others too - are angry and upset by this.

One happened, the other did not happen.

Both however were overtaken by the nature of the reaction to it, as if to say, 'Look, this is what we've been talking about...' As if that's more important than the event itself.

Humdingerydoo · 02/05/2026 19:06

samthepigeon · 02/05/2026 18:20

Yes, you are right. But reporting and experiencing are not the same thing. Black people experience hate day in, day out. A comment, a vile word - do you think every single one is reported? And why might they not be? There is a huge distrust of the authorities by certain sectors of the community. And there are language barriers too. But that is fine - you do you, and I will do me.

I can assure you not every single antisemitic remark or event is reported either. I have only ever reported one instance to CST and that was a guy skipping down a road in Golders Green wearing a keffiyeh singing about how Jews love genocide.

I didn't report the time my colleague told me, in all seriousness, that Jews control the media. Or the time another colleague said I must be rich. I didn't even report these instances to HR. I didn't report it when my locker at school was the only one in that particular area plastered with "Free Palestine" stickers. I didn't report it any of the times I was told to go back to where I came from, or the times I have been told that Jews have it coming. That we've brought it upon ourselves. I also haven't reported various antisemitic graffiti I've seen throughout the years.

Stop downplaying antisemitism. It's really not a good look.

You were the one who stated you have friends from all religious denominations.
Not sure what that has to do with the post either except you derailing it.

Somewhat disingenuous, given BacktoLurk’s post to me was deleted for her accusations about me.

IsEveryUserNameBloodyTaken · 02/05/2026 19:08

samthepigeon · 02/05/2026 17:20

Muslims have barriers of language and a lack of trust in authorities when it comes to reporting, which are less of an issue for Jewish people. They may report to Tell Mama, and the stats from them are higher, but not all of these reports are then passed on to police. They also see that when they do report, no action is taken. Most hate crimes against Jewish people and Muslim people are verbal or online. A small percentage is physical.

No this is just your biased interpretation.

nomas · 02/05/2026 19:08

Smilesinthesunshine · 02/05/2026 16:19

This is completely ridiculous. First guy was an acquaintance, a fellow Islamist that had obvious pissed him off. He then went on to commit a terrorist attack on two poor Jewish people going about their daily business. Truly sickening.

And yet again, a thread about a Muslim victim gets hijacked with Islamophobic tropes that he must be a Islamist.

Ah. I see what you mean.

The post is still anti-semitic bullshit, but not as horrific as I thought it was.

The thread was never about a Muslim victim.

Yes, it is, the clue is in the title.

oopsBSoD · 02/05/2026 19:10

That's a big ironic given how you try to hikack every single thread about antisemitism.

Tikitaka20 · 02/05/2026 19:10

I disagree, because this event was clearly about antisemitic hatred and that’s what we’re talking about now, aren’t we? I’d say this event is similar to recent murders of women, where the reaction focused on violence against women and girls, as it should.

wrongthinker · 02/05/2026 19:11

BackToLurk · 02/05/2026 19:09

And none of the comments bear any relation to nomas' complaint.

Almost like nomas is only here to spread lies and confusion.

missmollygreen · 02/05/2026 19:11

tulippetals · 02/05/2026 10:00

Well that doesn’t fit the narrative does it?

You are the one with a narrative it seems

Tikitaka20 · 02/05/2026 19:11

nomas · 02/05/2026 19:10

Yes, it is, the clue is in the title.

Do we know the friend was Muslim? Does it matter that 2 Jewish men were also stabbed?

wrongthinker · 02/05/2026 19:11

So dismissing the victim as an Islamist doesn’t bear up?

This comment is absolutely disgusting. I'm shocked it's still up tbh. I would have thought it would have been reported and deleted by MN. Very disappointing.

That poster is clearly anti semetic and is trying to minimise the situation to fit her narative. Its vile behaviour, but sadly they walk amongst us...
