Has anyone else had dealings with Pure earth collection?

Got 2 baby sleeping bags off Pure Earth Collection. I figured it was a good investment rather than buying lots of different togs and sizes throughout that time as they last from 3m to 3 years(dependent on child size). Used klarna as a protection on all orders i make. Never received an email confirmation of order or tracking information. Emailed and got no response. Order came 2 days later. One wrong colour, the other dirty. Emailed again. Tried the number and it goes nowhere. I messaged them on Facebook and they blocked me. I just wondered if anyone else has dealt with this company and had a good experience? I am starting to wonder if its filled with fake reviews and a false business. I have contacted citizens advice and they said to send a letter to get in touch by 7 days so they can proceed with further actions. They do have a free postal return portal, but I am very worried about returning them and being left without my money or the items or them lying and say I didnt return them or returned them damaged.

Have you thought of reviewing on trustpilot? Companies often deal with issues when they get a harsh but fair review on there in my experience.

also try commenting with your experience directly on their instagram posts and I’m sure they’ll be in touch.

That's really disappointing! I have two sleeping bags from Pure Earth Collection and they've been brilliant. I emailed them last year for advice about one of the sleeping bags and got a reply almost straight away.

If you've bought with klarna just return, they're a credit orgainsiation and therefore liable.

I've looked them up though and they seem fine

My baby isnt here yet but read a few reviews that the bag is too narrow and doesnt allow the child to spread legs like babies do. I also am dubious about the neck size for a 3 month old. Did you find they fit very well?

Citizens advice said that as klarna arent regulated they wont help... though the woman seemed to take great joy in telling me this.

I never had an issue with the fit but we started using them at about 8 months. I think they would be too big for a 3 month old though.

If the company continues ignoring you, I'd look into doing a chargeback.
