Blocked driveway

Going a bit mad about one of our neighbours partially blocking our driveway.
A Small section of their car is over our dropped kerb? Is this illegal?
We have two cars and the road we live on is a cul de sac and it’s very tight so getting into our driveway is already tight, one of the neighbours keeps partially blocking our driveway making it hard to park!
I have left a note on their car to explain the situation nicely and now she’s parking there again I know she’s seen the note because she took it off her car.
We’re still quite new to the area and have only moved in under a year ago so I wouldn’t like to have to cause any arguments!
I will attach an image so you can see..

Time to knock on her door and tell her face to face.

It’s a bit more than a small section! Can you get a second car on your drive with her car parked there?
That would piss me off. I would have a face to face chat with her so you can explain how her selfish actions are affecting her but try not to make it confrontational. It’s so awkward with neighbours as you don’t want it to turn into a bigger issue.
