I need the phone number for a human being in the BA executive club Membership services please help! (Domestic abuse) is it too much to ask?!

Does anyone know how to speak with a real person at the BA executive club member services?

I have spent three hours either talking to chatbot or on hold on the telephone trying to get through to the right person and when I did get through to the last person they cut the line!!! To get there, I had gone through several other handlers chat Butt and human and waited and waited and waited on hold listening to crap music.

How do I speak to a real person?

I need to do this because my husband has been arrested for domestic abuse and is bailed so I cannot speak to him (& do not want to anyway) to add our daughter to our household account so I can book flights for the summer for me and my two kids using my own air miles !!!!.

I spoke to a lovely lady on the way who told me what I needed to ask member services to do and she put me through. Of course I spent 40m on hold waiting and then they cut me off……

I cannot find a phone number to speak to a human being and I don’t think I can face another 2hours of this hunt.

please help!

Email them. I had an issue with my account and I sent an email. They sorted it. A warning, though, they won’t actually tell you that they have fixed it, but when you go on your account you will see the requested change.

You don't know the log in details docyou as you can add DD that way if you do.

I am contacting them for another reason (someone has stolen my points). They are a disgrace. You spend 40 mins waiting to be answered. They offshore a lot of their calls. If a call is difficult for them they will cut you off and you can never find them again.

The audit team have taken over 2 months to investigate, you cannot speak to them as they don’t take incoming calls. I have sent over my ID weeks ago and still nothing from them. The call centre say they will send an email.. the email box is generic so NONONE EVERS TAKES RESPONSIBILITY.

One more week and then I will email the CEO and one of their team can sort this out. I need to book a flight using a Companion Voucher and as the whole account is frozen I cannot do that either. Companion Vouchers are tricky to use and you need to be on the ball in booking flights.

they take messages via Facebook. But they cannot deal with this. They give you a phone number. Which then leads to this merry go round of different agents answering.

it’s an absolute disgrace.

I don’t know how they can run a business without better infrastructure.

Abuse is all about control. So no. I’m not giving him that control.

I’ve been told to set up a new household for me and my kids and that my points will follow me.

However I need to get myself and son out of the original household account first which requires member services to be available for me

@JohnDenverthey are def on Twitter and do seem to respond to posts and then ask for a DM. Just worth another try that way: there are a lot of complaints on there and comments about their frustrating customer service though

My query has just been resolved but they cut off my email so I couldnt log in anyway. They are truly awful. They put their process first, the shareholders second and customers come a VERY long way down their list
