I started losing weight in August of 2024, weighing in at a whopping 25 stone 13lbs. I am only 162cm, so it’s not brilliant.

This morning I weighed in at 15 stone 12lbs. I have hit a ten stone loss!

I am so incredibly proud of myself and I’m excited to see where I can go from here.

Literally everything is better. I love moving now. I hit 10k steps a minimum each day, I can go out on a walk or a run without feeling embarrassed, I go to the gym and I love it. I can feel myself getting stronger, I eat better, I look after my body. My hair is actually getting thicker, my nails are better, my joints feel better. Literally everything just feels ten times better.

Fantastic achievement. Well done.

Have you found it a struggle, or do the shrinking numbers on the scales give you all the motivation you need?

It has been hell. I sadly have a very reactive body so the scales go up as much as they go down. It’s been so frustrating.
