AIBU to want more UK coffee shops to offer lactose free milk?

To want some lactose free cows' milk in UK coffee shops?

Well, more specifically, hot chocolate shops. I like dark hot chocolate, but you can't get that in too many places. And then, the option for lactose intolerance is often oat milk (the barista one is kind of gross with lots of added oils, sugars etc) or soya (tastes bad).

Just returned from Scandinavia where many places where able to make any of their drinks with lactose free milk - anyone else like to see this offered more here?

I would but then my DP is lactose intolerant so it would be very useful for us.

That would be handy. I am quite happy with oat milk except in hot chocolate.
On a similar note, could we also introduce oat milk option in automated coffee machines like they do in northern Europe?
