Have an endoscopy coming up soon, where they will put the bravo chip in which lasts for several days before it detaches and I have only read bad things about this, the pain, am now quite scared and almost want to back out! (I won't...i don't think) aibu to be scared? Anyone had it and it was ok?

Apparently 95% of users feel nothing at all whilst the chip does its stuff in your stomach (ie sits passively & then flows out).
Strikes me as an excellent way of finding out what is going on in there.
Dont panic, let it happen and let the tech do the work for you.
Beat wishes for the results 💐

PS (& also a bump) I’ve had similar gastrointestinal problems & the option of a tech solution which enabled me to avoid multiple more oscopies for the purpose of observing, would have been much appreciated!

ok thank you @CleanSkin i just keep reading how painful it is the whole time it's in there! But, I appreciate where you are coming from in terms of invasiveness
