Best tube station to collect by car from Wembley?

my DD and her friend are going to a concert at Wembley in a few months.
We live in East Anglia.
I’m collecting them from the concert but they are getting the train into London.
I am wondering what tube stations are the best to get to from Wembley that I can drive to to collect them that won’t incur congestion/ulez etc.
i normally collect from Stratford for O2 concerts but was wondering if there was a better option for Wembley.

Chigwell?

Stanmore.

Few stops up the jubilee line from Wembley then around the M25 which should be clear at that time.

Or they can get the Elizabeth line to Romford or Shenfield

The one we always used when coming from the North.
