To know if you miss the expiry date on an Itison voucher if there is anything you can do?

Was given an itison voucher and have just realised that it expired on 7th April. Customer support is closed over the weekend so I dont know what to do - try and use the voucher today and see what they say or try and contact itison on Monday.

Has anyone managed to get it extended or their money back? Thank

I once missed a deadline with a nice restaurant and contacted them directly, and they agreed to honour it. Not sure everyone would but worth a go?
