Street with semi detached and detached houses. Houses have drives and then room to park on road. Most cars have a car in front of house - either their own or guests/another neighbour etc etc. This is not about parking outside other's houses but more inconsiderate parking. For context you can get 1 car in front of the detacheds then 2 in front of the semis.
Every morning one neighbour moves one of their cars outside their house (semi) then moves the other (so they have none in their drive) across the road in the middle of the opposite semis, meaning one space lost. Sometimes they will then park both in the middle (ie between theirs and their neighbour and then also across the road in the middle, so 2 spaces lost.)
AIBU to think they are just ignorant of others? There are quite a few elderly people with carers coming and going, usually in a car each, but because of this neighbour they are ending up not being able to get parked.
