Cube pessary-does it help

Has anyone successfully used the cube pessary successfully with a prolapse, to do squats and lunges?

I follow some fitness folks on Instagram who have had success with a cube - it's really personal to your own anatomy though and I know it can take going through a few different options sometimes.

Thanks for your message. What are the different options? The one I have is a cube with holes in it. I handset used it for exercise yet, but it feels odd (I can't think of the right word) when I'm bending down.
