To not have any idea what to get our 8 year old for her birthday

Our daughters birthday is coming up in early May and when we ask her what she would like she has no idea.

She’s a sporty kid, not into traditionally ‘girly’ things.

I was thinking maybe an experience- but we got her a zoo keeper one for Christmas (which she loved), but I can’t seem to find anything else suitable. We’ve seen Matilda and have the lion king booked for her sisters birthday.

Any ideas would be extremely helpful!!

Tickets for something are always a nice treat.

Take her into smyths for some ideas, mine can never think what she wants but she loves window shopping like this

Basketball and a standing hoop?

Snow tubing, if you have a snow centre near you.
Board games.

Does she like crafts ? Perhaps a craft table and drawers stocked with paper, pens etc. , voucher for Sostrene Gren

if she likes sport and budget allows / location works tickets for women’s rugby or ground entrance fir Wimbledon tennis

Women’s football match?

Skateboard with a small ramp (and all the padding etc)
Lego
Trip to see favourite sport (if doable)
Theme park trip? Or water park with friend
Trampoline for the garden (if you have space etc)
New bike
Garden games hoping weather is warmer
DD wants a hammock for the garden!

my 7 nearly 8yo (boy) has asked for a metal detector and rollerblades so far if that helps!

My similar sounding dd8 got a garmin junior watch for her bday, she loves to count her steps each day!
