Sick of neighbour burning rubbish in the back yard

One neighbour is moving because of this neighbour and we're close to it. Mover asked him to stop burning his rubbish as it goes into their home. They got abuse.

Today is beautiful. I went to hang my washing out and it stinks of his fire.
I've told the council.

I'm so sick of him.

He's been there a few years and just started doing this.

If the first is close to property, Next time it happens, call the fire brigade.

Neighbour did. They said nothing they can do.

He's now (tonight)stolen neighbour's bin. She's scared to approach him so I said call non emergency police.

Do you have a decently powerful hose.....whenever they start a fire just water your garden very shabbily (ie turn the hose on his fire).

If he wants to be a dick you could be one too.

Honestly he's a knuckle dragger. He's friends with another one next door and there's another at the back. Scum.
