I watched a sweet little boy in town yesterday climbing some steps and generally having great fun. He kept calling to his DM, not loudly but just desperate to share his fun with her. I turned to look and she was on her phone and didn’t even look up when he called. He eventually gave up and just sat quietly waiting for her to finish. Anything could have happened to him and she wouldn’t have even noticed!

Yes is is lazy and entitled. She should teach some basic respect for others, which would be to wear headphones and not inflict media noise on others.
