To ask if missing the mini pill once means I need emergency contraception?

I’ve been reliably taking it for 3 months (desogestrel) not missed it once. Forgot to take it last night, I would usually take it around 10pm, and obviously it’s now lunchtime today. The window they say is fine is 12h. If I take the missed one now, should it be ok, or would you advise to get emergency contraception?

YABU - it’ll be fine

Better to be safe than sorry, take the emergency contraception just to cover yourself

You're more than 12 hours late, so you need emergency contraception. Unless you wouldn't really mind another baby, in which case you may be more relaxed.
