Anyone else watching This Life on iPlayer? AIBU to dislike Milly?

I am thoroughly enjoying this blast from the past, but I just can’t take to Milly. She’s so prissy and perfect. Argh, and the constant head tilting with her bob cut. Egg and Nikki would make a much better couple (I haven’t finished the series so can’t remember if this happens, though I doubt it).
Some of it really doesn’t age well, like Miles’ misogyny and homophobia.
And do you think Warren could be gay, as I don’t think he wanged on about it enough? 😄
Who was your favourite character, if any?

I just watched the first episode. Need to watch the rest. Loved it a the time.

Also a few years later loved North Square - slightly more "grown up" lawyers thing.

I liked Egg. And still do. 😉
Warren annoyed me.

I’ve just watched Series 1 , and love it.
Feeling nostalgic ! In the scenes taken outside, I’m checking the cars, London busses, the people and the fashion - I lived in London in 1990s , and was young then. What an era.
Brilliant characters. Yes some things didn’t age well.
Millie’s hair has started to seriously annoy me - not even sure why, probably all the flicking , and the fact that 1/2 of her face is usually obscured by it.
Anna is even better than I remembered.
She is gutsy, and fun. Kiera too .
Egg is brilliant , just love that character. Not sure that I would merry him though.

My plan was to get my early twenties son to watch it with me - he shows no interest.
Just as well , too much s*x, smoking, and smoking of illegal substances (to feel comfortable watching it together).
And how much alcohol do they all consume, what it seems daily?

I loved that series and have a box set on VHS and then DVD, I found watching it again and again it brings back so many memories, I was at uni when it was out and watched it on my tiny Uni TV and stayed in to catch each episode.

Warren is a good person but very annoying. He surely must have inspired the ‘only gay in the village’ thing on Little Britain.

Loved that series - reminded me of living in a damp and scruffy flatshare in London, straight out of uni.

Watching for the first time, I was 12 when it first aired.
I related to Egg the most, I had a stint as an accountant after uni and found it didn't suit me.
