Too old to go clubbing in Newcastle?

Sorry to put in AIBU to but know it gets the best traffic. Group of mid to late 30s women going to Newcastle for a weekend in June. Any recommendations of where to go and stay? Are we too old to go dancing?!

No idea where to go and stay, never been - but absolutely not too old.

We've stayed at Holiday Inn and Signature Sandman which are easy access to the town. Sandman no longer has adjacent parking though

We've recently stayed at the Hilton Gateshead which is just over the river, and brilliant for parking. There are also Premier Inn and Travelodge in the city

We only go for football/ gigs so haven't been clubbing bit friends who have say everyone is very friendly so I reckon you would be ok

Nah not too old but there will be bars you probably prefer over others because of the vibe/age profile.

I went to my favourite student bar in my university city when I was 31 and didn’t recognise a song and was noticeably old, but there were clubs nearby that I suddenly loved.
