To be shocked at my friend's greed?

I had to meet someone for lunch today and ds6 was off school ill.
I asked a friend who has a son in ds's class to look after him at my house and she agreed.
So she turns up with her toddler twins and I leave 10 mins late after showing her where things are for lunch etc.
I was back a bit later than expected but was totally shocked to find nearly a whole loaf gone!
She ate all of my fruit and still accepted when I sarcastically offered her a biscuit!!
She is quire overweight and obviously over eating.
Should I mention something?

of course you should - i don't know why you are friends with a fatty anyway - my only critisicm is that you actually left yor loaf where she could find it.

OMG that is just awful.

I bet the fatty left crumbs all over the floor too - you should get your CLEANER to deal with that.

Now I understand what was on your todo list - have lunch with friends (even if DS is ill)
