Klarna says payment due despite being paid up and money left my account days ago? WWYD

Posting for emergency traffic!

Just opened my emails and notification from Klarna I am overdue and going to be charged!

But I have paid, and the money left my account, was recognised by Klarna. My account showed zero and I thought great all done and dusted.

Honestly none of it makes sense!

Just spoke to Klarna and they are adamant it’s been returned. Why? And it hasn’t.

No idea what’s going on.

Anyone had this happen?

Ive personally not had it happen to me, however doesn’t mean that it doesn’t happen.

Have you sent a screenshot of both your bank account that shows no refunds and the money going out and the Klarna account showing it’s been paid? It could be that it’s been refunded but not showing in your bank but you should have had an email saying that.

Such a shame, was finding the whole Klarna experience so smooth until now.

Yes I did speak to the chat and it was not a great chat tbh. I have escalated it. Hopefully there higher team can give me reassurance I won’t be charged as don’t want to pay again whilst I technically “owe” yet am out of pocket.
