to ask about alternatives to washing face with water?

Hi,
unfortunately my partner cannot have water on his face, due to it being too reactive.

Most alternative cleansers I’ve looked at have involved rinsing off with water.

is there anything natural that he could try, that he could just wipe off with a pad?

Aqueous Cream and then wipe off with tissue.

Cetaphil cleanser can be taken off with a soft cloth, no water needed.
