Considering leaving my husband every month before my period, is this PMS?

AIBU to feel like leaving my DH EVERY time my period is due! Its a pattern I’ve realised over the last year or so I consider leaving him every time my period is due. After it starts and about 2 days in I love him again, but a few days before I just want to pack up and leave! Is anyone else like this? Why is it my husband? I never look at the dog and think, I’m chucking you out 😅. Im glad I’ve realised its a pms symptom, but I feel sorry for the poor bloke!! Is there anything I can take to calm the mood swings? It is just my husband who gets the brunt of it!

Yep totally normal, I feel the same way! Also have dreams about being pregnant or having babies just before it’s due for some reason, I had twins last night!

I’m not married or I’m sure I would! I personally go through an existential crisis of around 12 hours each month in which I consider quitting my (lovely) career, selling my (lovely) house, withdrawing DS from his (lovely) school and hopping around the globe as a nomad 😂

When I had periods I used to look on the Internet for 1 bed flats every month, or property in the local paper, 😀 it is completely normal, when you are menopausal you will just sigh at him every time he walks into the room!
