I am interviewing for a new role. I was told if I got through to final round, there would be three candidates at that stage and it would involve some psychometric testing.
I got a congratulations and the invite to do the tests. It turns out it's six hours of online assessments. I've never heard of such intense assessment but it's legit.
Thing is they have since re-advertised the post and are now accepting new applications. I saw on Indeed.
Would I be unreasonable to email the hiring manager and ask if I'm being taken seriously before doing six hours of assessments?
