How can I remove red paint from a white floral top?

Any tips or advice for getting red paint off a white floral top?
I have tried fairy liquid, supermarket stain remover and vanish.

I get paint out using methylated spirit. Soak cloth, dab repeatedly, wash off really well then put through the washing machine. But I’m not sure about a white top with that…

Use rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover on the stain with cotton, dab gently, then rinse with cold water and wash.

Probably not much chance if it's already been washed as the stain would have been set in.
Otherwise rubbing alcohol is your friend for any kind of ink that is fairy "fresh".
Good old handgel works miracles.
Combination of rubbing alcohol and neat washing up liquid works on more dried in ink.
Paint is a bit trickier though. If not water based paint, probably no chance.
