Is it possible to put is alongside a counter / table / back of a heavy chair?

Or even next to a wall you could lean in to if you felt unbalanced ?

The ones without handles are intended to be used at a standing desk so that helps you balance. I think putting a chair next to you would be a good call, usually you don't need to actually lean your weight on anything, your body just needs a reference point.

Yes I have a walking pad and have to hold in to the handle. I’m not sure whether it’s because I’m watching tv or if I’m just not used to it yet but I’m not that clumsy. It’s smaller surface than a gym type treadmill which I could walk on fine. Maybe try slowing down until you get the hang of it.

Mines under my desk so that keeps me upright.

I find it too narrow and too short, I'm short and don’t have long legs. I have mine near a wall so i can touch it if I feel a wobble.
