I'll go first, I work in a primary school I've never had a great immune system but for the last year I've been making my own ginger shots, with local honey, turmeric, fresh ginger, real orange juice (check the box) and lemon juice, I swear its helped me with morning energy and keep away coughs and colds. I drink a shots worth everyday.
