A thread for things that you feel work in perimenapause or even post, for health, gut, hair, nails anything you think works.

I'll go first, I work in a primary school I've never had a great immune system but for the last year I've been making my own ginger shots, with local honey, turmeric, fresh ginger, real orange juice (check the box) and lemon juice, I swear its helped me with morning energy and keep away coughs and colds. I drink a shots worth everyday.

Let's share things that have helped!

It’s probably the vitamin c. I take a vitamin c tablet every day and that’s massively helped with colds. If I forget to take it a few days, I usually feel a cold coming on.
