I live on a newbuild estate and there is a children's play area here which specifically specifies "No Dogs Allowed".
There is a guy with a racing dog that regularly brings his dog off a lead with his toddler most days.
I don't think that this is very fair considering that some kids don't like dogs and it makes me feel very uneasy.
Other parents have mentioned that the guy allows the dog foul there (I have seen dog poo there but I have not seen his dog do it).
I roughly know where he lives, but not door number.
