Look at that lovely, accomplished young man. 😞

It’s pure horror, isn’t it? A shocking abandonment of basic humanity.
I feel so sorry for the Iranian people.

ProudAmberTurtle · 20/03/2026 13:32

It's unbelievably evil.

Whatever you think of the bombing of Iran, if you don't think the Iranian regime is a unique kind of evil that would happily murder almost everyone in the UK alone, then you understand little about the world.

EasternStandard · 20/03/2026 13:49

It’s so sad. Torture and execution. As pp says pure horror.

He won’t be alone, even nurses who help protestors are punished brutally.

Meanwhile Saudi Arabia has threatened to attack Iran in retaliation for strikes on Gulf states since the start of the US-Israeli war with Tehran.

Is there some reason you feel the need to share all this OP? We can read/watch the news ourselves you know.

I don't think being at war stops awful regimes from being awful. Israel managed to shoot up a car with a young family inside the other day in the West Bank killing mum, dad and the two youngest children whilst simultaneously bombing multiple countried.

It's almost like being at war doesn't change anything. The innocent people affected by these awful regimes still suffer whilst the war mongerers get their thrills and the weapons manufacturers make bank.

News gets shared on here all the time. It’s easy to hide a thread if it’s of no interest.

We need news sharing

Because if news isn't shared, people don't know, do they?

OP can share what news they want. It's a discussion forum.

Is there any reason for any poster to share anything on here. It's topical, its tragic. There are numerous threads about other news stories. Scroll on by, if not interested 🤔 its easier to avoid than moan and bump the thread.

How weird 🤣

Do you phone up Sky News and tell them they’re wasting their time because newspapers exist?

These executions don't make the main news. Sadly, it appears to be business as usual for the regime, whereby anyone speaks out and they are executed or slaughtered in the streets. Sadly in their thousands. I care. Although, not sure what to do to help.

How dreadful.

I’m struggling to offer any support to the current US-led war purely because of the massive global repercussions of all this bombing. But I 100% understand why they would want to do it. They see the horror up close and know far more than is public. I’ve absolutely no doubt the Ayatollah would happily have happily nuked America, given enough time to build the right weapon. Everything the regime stands for is pure evil and I can’t understand why anyone in the UK would march in support of it.

That poor, lovely young man. His family must be utterly beyond themselves to see such talent and youth wiped out by a barbaric regime.

Ihatetomatoes · 20/03/2026 16:37

Talented, sounds like a lovely young man with a great life ahead cut short because he didn't agree with the way the regime ran the country. A simple protest. Appalling waste.
