38 year old female wanting second baby.
On Friday I had an internal scan requested by GP as we've been trying for 6 months.
I do not have much faith in scanner as she could not seem to find my c section defect even though it's been reported on many scans before. I found this particular scan very painful, I came on my period yesterday the day after 6 days early which is quite unusual for me.
My hips, and back are causing me alot of pain a real burning crushing pain. Obviously not pregnant and not miscarrying. Period is very heavy and I feel rough, shivery and cold wondering if I got an infection from the scan some how? Strange how it brought on my period 6 days early.
My question is wouldnt the results be a little off now, as in the follicules seen (3 in left ovary she couldn't see right) and thickness of uterus as we were expecting me to be on my period next week and instead im fully on my period.
She said she could not see anything un towards and not the c section defect, just several nabothian cysts. I think I have fallen pregnant twice but it hasn't stuck but this was last year in October and possibly December.
I think my ferritin is low even though I am eating well and taking supplements.
Any scanners out there help with cause of coming on early and if report would be off now as I've come on 6 days early.
