To ask for a sports bra that locks the suckers in but also gives me good shape

Arghhhh I just need a sports bra that straps them down, locks them in, and gives me a great shape at the same time. Is it possible? Please help.

The newer Panache one (Sculptra, I think it's called). Depends on your size though, but I find that good for HIIT and wear it under normal clothes too.

Yes - these! So supportive for my proper bouncing around sport, so comfortable and give such a great shape that I've started wearing them as my regular day to day bra too. I'm a 32GG and have really struggled to find a good sports bra for ever, also I usually avoid wires but these feel almost wire-less. They are perfect. And cheap.
