AIBU to feel torn about complaining after finding hair in our hotel room?

My sisters and I just got to our spa hotel getaway, our children gifted us this experience for mothers' day, we really needed something like this. We got our room, but I found multiple long strands of black hair on my pillow.
i would really like to complain, but at the same time I don't want some poor staffmember get in trouble. Especially if she is a mom with mothers day this weekend. It is just frustrating, I know the kids ans hubbies paid good money for this.

Am I being unreasonable to consider her being scolded? Should I just do it anyway? I must be hormonal being so hung up on it

Just ask for a new pillowcase and enjoy your stay.

Regardless of the day it's someone's job to ensure this doesn't happen. I would complain as if you can see the hair what can't you see???

Is be checking all the bed and towels, speak to reception and ask for a full bed and pillow change, take photos.

Eeeeuw! Defo ask them to change the bedding. It’s not unreasonable or demanding to expect basic cleaning
